    Prepare the necessary tools: insulation cotton, iron wire, vise, utility knife, and carry an effective gas alarm in the gas area.

    According to the size of the valve, use a utility knife to cut suitable insulation cotton. Use a vise to cut the wire that needs to be tied. When wrapping the thermal insulation cotton, tear the thermal insulation cotton a bit to make it bypass the valve handle and better wrap the valve body. After wrapping the insulation cotton, fix it with iron wire.

    In the process of using, if you find that there is freezing phenomenon and can not operate normally, do not use a wrench or other heavy objects to knock the valve. The correct way is to close the valve, use steam or hot water to thaw the valve before opening the valve.

    If the valve is not used for a long time, the medium in the pipeline should be completely removed to prevent the pipeline and valve from freezing. Ensuring safe production is an obligation and responsibility of every enterprise. The anti-freezing of valves can be big or small, and we must not cause an irreversible situation due to a momentary negligence.
